This Privacy Policy explains how EZ Design Home handles personal information, uploaded materials, and generated results when you use the service. We process this data only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

1. Account information — Your name, email address, and account identifiers provided when you register or maintain an account.
2. Design content — Room, building, floor-plan, and other images you upload; prompts and design options you submit; and generated images and task records.
3. Usage and device data — Features used, activity times, errors and diagnostics, browser and device details, and approximate network information.
4. Cookies and local storage — Used to maintain sessions, remember language and interface preferences, prevent abuse, and understand service performance.
5. Payment and subscription information — Orders, plans, and transaction status. Sensitive payment credentials such as full card numbers are handled by payment providers and are generally not received or stored by us.
6. Support information — Content and related correspondence submitted through support tickets in your account.

Please do not upload images you are not authorized to process, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in design materials or prompts.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide image upload, AI generation, task history, download, and account features.
• Process subscriptions, credits, payment status, and transaction confirmations.
• Maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Respond to support requests and improve product performance and usability.
• Meet applicable legal requirements and protect legitimate rights.

AI, Storage, and Other Service Providers

To perform requested features, we may send necessary uploaded images, prompts, model parameters, and technical identifiers to trusted service providers. These include AI processing services such as KIE and Fal, as well as cloud storage, authentication, payment, email, and analytics providers. These providers may process data in different locations and may apply their own terms, privacy policies, and retention mechanisms.

We provide these services only the data reasonably needed for the relevant function. We do not sell personal information or authorize providers to use your design content for independent marketing unrelated to providing this service.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the service, protect accounts and transactions, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type.

When you delete a design in the product, the task may first be removed from your visible history or marked as deleted. Related files, backups, audit records, or copies held by processing providers may not be physically erased from every system immediately. They may remain for a reasonable technical or compliance period before being deleted or anonymized under the applicable process.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and related personal information, sign in and submit a support ticket from your account. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests subject to applicable law and valid transaction, security, and record-retention obligations. Some anonymized data or records we are legally required to retain may not be deletable.

Sharing and Disclosure

Apart from the service providers described above, we share information only where reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, court orders, or other lawful requests.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our terms.
• Protect users, the public, our service, or legitimate rights.
• Support a merger, financing, or business transfer, with appropriate safeguards.

Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service, including encryption in transit, access controls, and operational review. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and report suspicious activity through a support ticket.

Your Choices and Rights

You can update available account details, manage cookies through your browser, or stop using the service. Depending on applicable law where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the processing of personal information. Submit these requests through a support ticket in your account.

We may update this policy. For material changes, we will update the “last updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the service.
