Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EZ Design Home, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity required to enter this agreement where you live.

Description of Service

EZ Design Home provides AI-assisted image design tools for interiors, homes, floor plans, and outdoor spaces. Features, supported models, generation speed, and availability may change as technology and providers evolve. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a successful result for every generation.

AI results may contain errors, inconsistencies, or concepts that are not suitable for real-world construction. Results are for concept design and visual reference and do not replace the judgment of an architect, engineer, contractor, or other licensed professional. You are responsible for human review before using results for construction, purchasing, permitting, or commercial decisions.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Report unauthorized use or security concerns through a support ticket in your account. You may not share, resell, or use automated means to abuse account access.

Your Content and License

You retain the rights you hold in content you lawfully upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and use the relevant images, prompts, and other materials and that doing so does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

To provide the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license limited to what is operationally necessary for us and our trusted providers to host, copy, transmit, and process your content for generation, storage, download, support, security, and troubleshooting. The Privacy Policy describes how data is handled.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload malware, unlawful content, or personal information you are not authorized to process.
• Access, probe, bypass, or disrupt the service, accounts, billing, or security systems without authorization.
• Evade usage, credit, or access limits through scripts, bulk registration, credential sharing, or similar methods.
• Use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or other activity likely to cause real-world harm.

AI and Third-Party Services

Some features rely on AI services such as KIE and Fal, as well as storage, authentication, payment, and communications providers. We select and manage these services, but their availability, processing time, and specific output may be outside our direct control. The Privacy Policy further explains third-party data processing.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans are generally prepaid for the billing period shown at checkout. Prices, included credits, credit validity, and features are determined by the information presented when you purchase. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, used, expired, or promotional credits generally cannot be exchanged for cash.

You may stop renewal or cancel a future subscription period. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout information or applicable law states otherwise. Stopping renewal does not automatically refund charges for the current period.

To request a refund, submit the order details and reason through a support ticket in your account. Eligibility and amount are reviewed based on actual service usage, payment-provider rules, the individual circumstances, and applicable law. We do not promise that every request will be approved, and we do not refer to a separate refund policy that does not exist.

Intellectual Property

Except for user content, the service software, interface, branding, copy, and platform features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

We may limit, suspend, or terminate an account if you violate these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are legally required to act. We will provide notice where reasonably practical.

To close an account, sign in and submit a request through the support ticket feature. Account closure and related data handling follow the Privacy Policy, valid transaction-record requirements, and applicable law. The product does not currently promise immediate self-service physical deletion from the settings page.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, unique, fit for a particular purpose, or necessarily free of third-party rights. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by law; any other limitation is subject to applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires separate consent.
